Terms of Service
Important: TrackMySet is a workout and life-tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.
1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using TrackMySet (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What TrackMySet does
TrackMySet helps you log and review fitness and lifestyle data such as workouts, sets, reps, weights, nutrition, sleep, reading, and meditation. The native iOS app stores data on your device and may optionally write selected data to Apple Health / Apple Fitness or index data on-device for Apple Intelligence when you enable those features. The browser version stores data in your browser’s local storage.
3. Health and safety disclaimer
No medical advice
TrackMySet is for informational and personal tracking purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not replace advice from a licensed healthcare professional.
Exercise risk
Physical activity carries risk. You are responsible for your own decisions, technique, load selection, and participation. Stop immediately and seek professional help if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms.
4. Eligibility and responsible use
- You must comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
- You must not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the App.
- If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the App only with parent/guardian permission.
5. Your data and content
You own the data and content you create (for example: workouts, notes, and logs). On iOS, TrackMySet processes that data on your device to provide features you use. If you enable Apple Health / Fitness writes or Apple Intelligence indexing, you also authorize those Apple system features as described in the Privacy Policy. Exporting or sharing a backup is under your control.
6. Third parties
The iOS app relies on Apple services you choose to use (for example HealthKit, StoreKit, WatchConnectivity, and optional Apple Intelligence). The browser version may load fonts or charting libraries needed to render the UI. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies. The native iOS app does not use Firebase cloud sync.
7. Availability and changes
The App may change over time, including features, UX, and integrations. We may suspend, update, or discontinue parts of the App at any time.
8. Data loss and backups
While we aim for reliability, data loss can occur. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups (for example, exporting your data periodically from More → Data).
9. Warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackMySet and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for health outcomes, injuries, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the App.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrackMySet and its operators from claims or liabilities arising from your misuse of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
12. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
13. Updates to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
