TrackMySet is a fitness tracking application that allows users to:

• Store data locally or sync to cloud (optional)
• Customize appearance with themes and fonts

The App is a tracking tool only and does not provide medical, health, or fitness advice.

3. Medical and Health Disclaimers

TrackMySet is a fitness tracking tool and is NOT intended to:

3.2 Exercise and Injury Disclaimer

By using TrackMySet, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily participating in exercise activities at your own risk
• You assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur as a result of your use of this App
• You should stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any other concerning symptoms

3.3 Nutrition Disclaimer

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Not use the App if you are under 13 years of age without parental consent

5. Age Restrictions

TrackMySet is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 should have parental permission before using this App. If you are under 13, please do not use this App without parental consent.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the App (workouts, exercises, notes, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the Service
• Enable cloud sync (if you choose to use it)
• Generate statistics and progress charts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your content. We are not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in user-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, functionality, and content (except user-generated content), is owned by TrackMySet and its creators and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its code
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use our trademarks or logos without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

TrackMySet is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

8.2 Limitation of Damages

In no event shall TrackMySet, its creators, affiliates, or service providers be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from use of the App
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to use the App (if any)
• Injuries or health problems resulting from exercise or use of tracked data

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify TrackMySet, its creators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any injuries or damages resulting from your use of the App

9. Service Availability

TrackMySet may be unavailable from time to time due to:

• Third-party service outages (e.g., Firebase)
• Force majeure events

We do not guarantee continuous availability and are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

10. Data and Privacy

11. Third-Party Services

TrackMySet uses third-party services, including:

• Google Firebase: For authentication and cloud storage (subject to Google's Terms of Service)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice
• Remove or delete your account and data if you violate these Terms

You may stop using the App at any time. You can delete your account and data through the App's settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
